ELITE DRAFT SPRINT

We welcome you again, in 2024, to a festive triathlon day at Tangkrogen in Aarhus C. This time the day will end with a bang from an elite race. The best Danish short-distance triathletes compete for the prize money on the technical route in Aarhus C. There is a total prize money of DKK 5,000 which is distributed across genders.

Swimming route

There is swimming in a circuit of 375m with a beach start. The circuit is swum twice, incl. australian exit. It is approximately 300m from the swim exit to the change zone.

Cycle route

The cycle route for the elite participants is a demanding route of 4 laps of 5 km. There are 55 meters of height per round.

Running route

The running route takes place on an away-home route at Tangkrogen. Running is done on firm gravel. One lap is 1.25 km. 4 laps are run.
